Method tor
tor(ReadOnlySpan<Char>, Int32, Char)
Converts a string to a rational number and pushes the result on the stack.
Declaration
public void tor(ReadOnlySpan<char> sp, int bas = 10, char sep = '\0')
Parameters

System.Char | sep | A specific (decimal) seperator; otherwise default: '.' or ','. |
Remarks
Support of the rational specific formats like "1.234'567e-1000" or "1/3"
Note: There is no check for invalid chars at this layer,
non-number specific chars, spaces etc. are simply ignored.
