Method lsb
lsb()
Returns the LSB (least significant bit) of the numerator of the value on top of the stack.

Remarks
Uses LSB 1 bit numbering, so 0 gives 0, 1 gives 1, 4 gives 2.
To get the LSB of the denominator is possible by calling inv(Int32) before and after.
